UCD agent last contact date for offline agent should show when it went offline

The last_contact displayed in UI is always updated based on Agent status, UI reports the current time as the last connect time while the agent is online but reverts to the "last connect time" saved in the DB when it is offline. In this case if an agent goes offline it is not possible to determine when the agent went offline and make it difiicult for us to investigate why the agent went offline. Ideally last_contact should show when the agent went offline.
